What are your shipping options?

We offer a range of shipping options to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. These options include:

  • (delivery times vary based on destination)

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method you choose. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 in US.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. This offer is available only for US orders and may not be combined with any other discounts.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. You can also track your order through your account on our website.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Pick-up is not currently available. All orders are either shipped directly to you or delivered if local.



Is local delivery available?


Local delivery is offered within a set mile radius of our location. If your address qualifies, the Local Delivery option will automatically appear at checkout.

Orders & Customization

How long will it take for my order to be complete?

Our current turnaround time is 5–21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for retail orders. This time frame covers the processing and creation of your order.

👉 Please note: shipping time is separate and not included in the turnaround estimate. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Will I receive a proof?

Proofs are provided for custom items only. If you are ordering a product that already has a set design shown on the website, you will not receive a proof.

How many design revisions are included?

Each custom order includes up to 2 revisions to your proof at no extra cost. This gives you the opportunity to request small adjustments before final approval.

If more than 2 revisions are needed, an additional fee will apply. Once a proof is approved, no further changes can be made.

Can you create a custom design I don’t see on your website?

Yes! We specialize in custom work. If you have an idea in mind that isn’t listed on our website, please reach out before placing your order. We’ll confirm if it’s something we can create and provide details on pricing, turnaround time, and the proofing process.

How do I submit names, dates, or photos for personalization?

Personalization details can be entered in the personalization box on the product page before adding the item to your cart. For photo/logo orders, you can upload your file on the product page.

📌 Please make sure images are clear, high-quality, and not blurry. Low-quality uploads may delay your order, as we’ll reach out if a replacement file is needed.
